Warranty Plans
These plans cover warranty cases and priority support. Routine care (lubrication/cleaning) is not included — see Service plans below. ARKA’s warranty covers manufacturing/material defects (e.g., hardware failure due to factory defect, fogging between panes from seal failure, frame/sash deformation due to material defects).
Note: Warranty doesn’t include routine maintenance (lubrication, drainage cleaning, etc.). Lack of maintenance may affect warranty eligibility. Recommended care schedule: lubricate moving hardware, clean tracks and drain holes, check seals and exterior caulk on a regular basis.
Service Plans
Regular care extends lifespan, keeps hardware moving smoothly, and helps maintain warranty eligibility (especially in coastal/corrosive environments).
Typical schedule:
• Lubricate hinges/locks/rollers — every 2 years (annually in aggressive environments)
• Clean tracks & drainage — every 6 months
• Inspect/clean seals — annually
• Wash frames/glass with gentle agents — every 3–6 months
• Inspect exterior caulk & coatings — every 1–3 years

Warranty = ARKA’s commitment to correct manufacturing/material defects within the warranty term.
Service = routine care (lubrication, cleaning, checks) performed by the owner or our team; it is not part of warranty.
Even premium hardware needs periodic lubrication/cleaning. Without care, wear and corrosion increase and issues may fall outside warranty.
